Some people find memorisation quite straightforward and have no trouble remembering facts, whereas others struggle to keep all that information from two years in their heads next to the other 5 subjects. If you stay on top of your work and organise your notes I don't see a reason for why you should not get a higher grade than a 5. Regular revision for tests, and appropriate revision notes should help you get the grade you want. Biology, for the average student, is easier than physics or chemistry at SL.
