NEED HELP FOR TOK PRESENTATION

How can I develop a knowledge claim or issue for my IB TOK Presentation?

My knowledge question is How do personal and shared knowledge influence the process of artistic creation ? And my subsidiary question is "At what point does inspiration become plagiarism?" With that being said, my topic is Plagiarism or Accusations of Plagiarism. One of my real life situations is the case of Kaavya Viswanathan, whose book, How Opal Mehta Got Kissed, Got Wild, and Got a Life, had been withdrawn for questionable similarities to other authors work. I want to connect this RLS to the idea of Cryptomnesia–a form of memory bias, or in other words a non-deliberate form of plagiarism. How could I develop a knowledge claim and counter-claim that works in tandem with these? And are these claims supposed to connect to another RLS, or am I to provide separate claims for both? I am really just looking for any sort of guidance. Thank you.
