I strongly recommend you get the Oxford Course Companion Economics book.

It's not as descriptive as textbooks, but is still succinct enough to be able to explain things clearly yet is also extremely effective for revision. It's gotten me out of dire times for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

This one is the latest version I think, http://www.amazon.in/New-course-companion-Economics-Companion/dp/0199184992. But best check to be sure – you're going to want an edition published at 2011 at the very earliest, as that was the year IB Economics the world round started teaching the at the time new and now current syllabus.
