I wanted to know which chapters is required to study for Physics HL? I have taken Astrophysics as my option, so I will refer that certain chapter for it. Here is the newest one: (This is a mirror hosting, IB has the original copy on its website). You should therefore compare the syllabus with contents from the Giancoli book. However, because Giancoli was not written for IB, not to mention the latest IB syllabus, you should be aware that the syllabus may not necessarily be a subset of Giancoli contents, and you should always follow the syllabus for course coverage, not to rely what is solely in a separate textbook such as Giancoli. 1 Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
