moneyfaery
Hi, it would be perhaps more helpful if you looked around a bit first as you wouldn't have to wait for replies. The grade boundaries for group 4 subjects are here: http://www.ibsurvival.com/forum/index.php?...tart=#entry5617 Spoiler - Click me! M06 SL, Overall Boundaries:

7: 80-100
6: 69-79
5: 58-68
4: 47-57
3: 34-46
2: 18-33
1: 0-17
N06 SL Overall Grade Boundaries

1: 0-16
2: 17-30
3: 31-44
4: 45-55
5: 56-65
6: 66-76
7: 77-100
[Close] They fluctuate from year to year but 83-85% seems a safe range to aim for. In every other HL subjects, the grade boundaries are above 80% to get a 7, but she tells us that we have to have over 90%, even though our Chemistry course is SL. But then, it is her first time teaching IB, so I can't tell either. Reply

However, this is because as we have not yet learned the whole syllabus, tests are easier than the final exam simply because they cover less information. For the final exam, check the grade boundaries I posted in my last post. You guys really need to read closely. Reply
CommeDesEnfants
My chem teacher just told us in our first day of chem class; he's giving us 7s if we get 82-100. Reply
