I'm hoping that after I finish my bachelors program in European Studies at the university of Maastricht, I can get an internship at either the EU or with NATO, both of which are in Brussels. Afterwards, I'm hoping to persue a masters in either Int. Relations or European Relations.

I want to study music performance and hopefully be either a music teacher, solo performer, get into a good symphony orchestra, or something along those lines. I'm not sure why I'm in IB, that is not the typical career path of an IB student. It seemed like a good idea at the time...

Short term: I'm gonna pass IB with at least 40 points. Still a bit torn bout which uni and specific degree i wanna study within the engineering realm but that doesn't really matter as long as I end up as an aeronautical engineer.
Long Term: start an airline at the level of Virgin Atlantic based in Southern Africa and also start an airline manufacturer based in Southern Africa again that will be above the Boeing An Airbus levels ( :hmmm:well, it will take some time getting to those levels, but it shall be done! )
Oow and I also wanna start my own chain of dance studios in Canada

A future IB teacher that trains the next generation of IBers.
Ok, maybe not.
I have no idea. But arts, science, music... all sound pretty good to me right now. We'll see where university takes me. I applied to lots of random programs.

I want to be a nurse, maybe in trauma or family care. I want to work in a hospital and I also want to learn as many foreign languages as I can. I want to learn American Sign Language, Japanese, Russian, and continue my education in Spanish.

I actually want to be an astronaut... I know. I know. "What a hopeless endeavor" "think of something more practical." I've heard it all but I stand by it. I've been fascinated by space for the longest time and I've always had a solid idea of what I want to do. Go to university. Get a PhD in Astrophysics, get experience after that then when the next Space Candidate program comes along I'll apply ^.^
I feel very passionate about this field of study so I'm crossing my fingers

^ When I was younger I dreamt of becoming an astronaut. It'd be so cool to explore the space and to see the Earth from space. Before that, I think I wanted to be a magician. I remember when someone once asked me why and my answer was something like: "Because then I could do whatever I want. If I needed money, I could just conjure it. If I wanted to be able to fly, I could just do it."
. I'm not actually sure of my thoughts at the moment, but probably something to do with natural or social sciences. Law would probably be quite suitable for me, but I'm not sure if I actually want to become a lawyer...
BTW, there's at least one IB graduate (who's also Canadian) working as an astronaut http://www.atlanticc...edholt-ac83-85/ , maybe you'll follow in her footsteps.

My first post in this forum. Yay!
Interestingly, this question has baffled me quite a while ever since my junior year. True that my passion lies for pursuing technical degrees (math-related, sure..), but I started to grow doubtful with this decision. Main reason is because of career prospects here in my country, where people seem to be so business oriented. Parents are big influence too. Doh
Nevertheless, I do like numbers

I really can't decide between business and music. So I'm double majoring in them at U of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a minor in Spanish. Super excited!! Hopefully I can make up my mind at some point...

Hopefully going to study medicine in the UK (most likely Scotland) but if I don't get in then do undergraduate Biological or Biomedical sciences and then do graduate medicine if I can still be bothered.
