Here's the topic "To what extent does the Cuban missile crisis protect Cuba from the influence of democracy and the invasion of the United States after the fall of Communism?"

I think its okey maybe you can limit with a year in 1955 or somithing similar

Putting a year, or a range of years, to the question would make it more concise, but it then brings in the problem of limiting your sources for the first one.

Another way to solve this problem would be to explain the scope fully in Criterion A and keeping it limited, if you have no idea how to rephrase your question for your IA. That happened to me but my teacher passed the question and my Criterion A. Hope it helps!

i guess that your question is well-focused. But try to limit your investigation within some years, as the task is over 1,500 - 2,000 words which is not so many words, if not it will be long. The years investigated will become easy to figure out as you read the books. good luck!
