In your abstract you basically need to summarize the essay, including your results. From the IB Extended essay guide; "The requirements for the abstract are for it to state clearly the research question that was investigated, how the investigation was undertaken and the conclusion(s) of the essay.", and you get full (2) points from this criteria by simply clearly stating all of these elements.
There's a guide on writing an abstract here. The place I could think of first for some samples was the website of a Finnish research competition, so EEs with abstracts:
