I have been merging some of your posts and deleting the duplicate ones. Also, you have some "thank you" posts which are deleted by moderators and I think I have stumbled upon a few posts that seemed to simply serve the purpose of increasing your post count without any actual contribution and I would PM you today or tomorrow. I can assure you that it's nothing personal.
By the way, Maha, the post count never changes (not even after 24h). I have noticed it with several users.
Edit: I went back to look at the deleted content in order to reference them and some of your posts are "Congratulations, you should enjoy it! " and "There's an exception to every rule LOL."

I'm not sure if the rules change for EE in different groups, but I had quite a few tables in my EE (Economics) and the words were not counted towards the overall word count - otherwise my final count would be 4.999 
But again, it was an EE for group 3.
