My name is Emily and I finished the IB program in May 2012.
I'm originally from southeastern Virginia, USA, but I go to school in the midwest where I study chemical engineering.
My username is a play off my nickname, emyski, which is a combination of my first name and my unpronounceable Polish surname.
I mostly just answer questions relating to history, general IB stuff, or extended essays, but I'll answer anything so long as it's not a TOK question.
My advice to you all still in IB would be that it's okay to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them. You don't have to be better than the best, just better than you were yesterday. So good luck! It's not that bad, I promise
My IB subjects and results were:
HL: English A1 (5), Spanish B (7) , History (6), Chemistry (5)
SL: Mathematics (6), Visual Arts Option A (5)
EE: History - Foreign involvement in the Spanish Civil War (A)
TOK: #3 (B)
Total: 37 points
