An Extended Essay in the subject of Chemistry

Its full tite is 'Astrobiology: to what extent can life-supporting amino acids form on cosmic dust?'

The essay came from an independent research project I started that investigated some of the origins of the molecules scientists believe to have kick-started life on Earth. It was read and approved by several full-time research scientists, including an astrophysicists, an organic chemist and a Chemistry Professor.

It was submitted in 2013 and received an A.
