  1. I received a 3 in the internally assessed portion of my Theatre SL exams even though my teacher graded me at a 5. I'm 1 point away from a four for that assessment, which would bring my overall grade for Theatre up a point and thus make me eligible for college credit for that course. She suggested I try for a Category 3 Enquiry Upon Results, but I can't find much info about it online. Has anyone tried it? And does anyone know the price?

    Citations-Chicago Style Help

I think for most of the website citations I used, I could find a book or journal instead if I hit up the uni library. I hadn't thought of that For instance, I said most Christian institutions, including the Roman Catholic church, condemn the use of recreational drugs and cited: Christian Attitudes towards Drugs." Bitesize. BBC. http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/rs/sanctity/chdrugsrev2.shtml.

What political views do you have?

"If Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton win the US presidential primaries, I'm leaving the country." Shoot.

    Citations-Chicago Style Help

I am using Chicago to write my EE. I feel like my footnotes are taking up too much room on the pages. Most of my sources have URLs with them; is it acceptable to take out all of the URLs of the footnotes if they are included in my Bibliography? Does the Chicago stylebook have any input on this, and what do you think from an IB student's POV?

    IB books you absolutely loved

    Imagining Argentina was awesome!
  6. http://xmltwo.ibo.org/publications/DP/Group6/d_6_theat_tsm_1408_1/pdf/Example05_report_en.pdf Above is a link to a Task 2 example published by IB. On the first page, the student cites Wikipedia. In schools in the U.S., we are taught never, under any circumstance, to cite Wikipedia. Is this the same in other countries? If so, why does IB consider it to be a reliable source?

Does your crazy IB story compare to mine?

Last year I woke up in the middle of the night after a nightmare about spending a whole day trying to finish a Spanish grammar packet to no avail and then having to go to Spanish without the work. I was terrified.

What political views do you have?

I'm a social liberal except when it comes to gun laws. The southern girl in me can't give that up. PS. If Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton win the US presidential primaries, I'm leaving the country.

    Does God exist?

I'm a nihilist, so I believe that there is no answer that question within our grasp. We can never know for sure. To me, it is extremely impossible for there to be a supreme creator that reigns over us, but at the same time, it is extremely impossible that there isn't one. I cannot answer this question, and neither can any of you, but the difference is I will not waste my breathe trying to.

What can I do with the subjects I've chosen?

Most state schools and some private universities in the U.S. don't really look at that (for Physics nor Econ majors.) You only send in your scores if you want the credit transferred.

    Should you take the IB?

Quite interesting. Seems to be pretty positive, though.

    Vampire English Essay

Sounds interesting. I haven't read the latter two, but Dracula is a good choice.

  15. Hey guys! I wondering if you could read and edit my two 200 word essay question answers. The first one needs to be cut down 18 words to meet the word count. They are both on Google drive on the link below; you can edit from the forum or if you have Google drive you can go into "suggesting" mode to add comments to specific sentences. Thanks in advance for any help! https://docs.google.com/document/d/12MWS3cTavLbF9-Z9L7orPC2wWPG63SrO2CPyGIjLoGk/edit?usp=sharing
