Who would fill out the advisor form for this activity because I'd like to do this.

yes, i'm just talking about hours, not a project. And if its possible, I am able to get the advisor of the blood drive to fill out the Reflection form. I just wanted to make sure I could count it for creativity, action, or service.

I gave blood a few days ago and was wondering if donating blood could be counting as CAS hours. If so, how would I write it up? Any advice is appreciated, Thanks!
