    Do I need IELTS?

So, I am doing English Lang/Lit HL in IB and I will be giving my mocks soon. So I just wanted to know will I be required to do IELTS exam or not because of me doing Lang/Lit HL. Also how long are the IELTS valid for?
  2. Hey, I think you can do your EE on any topic even if it is out of your syllabus. Although I am not really sure why your teacher told you not to. Because the EE expects you to research and write with not much prior knowledge about the topic.
  3. Hey! So, I don't think there is any such policy to do your extended essay on something that is in your syllabus. The main aim of the EE is to learn and research. But maybe your teacher is refraining you from doing this topic might be because I don't know, maybe he doesn't have enough information to help you out? But I think you can do your EE on any topic.
  4. Hey, I think you will be able to manage with these subjects. But make sure that you are able to fluently speak and read in English. Also remember, if you really really really (like really!) enjoy the subjects you have taken in HL then continue with your options. And I don't really think it is such a great idea to take 3 languages because it might get very hectic for you. Maybe you can look into Business or Economics or Film (if you enjoy these subjects). Also, make sure what subjects are required for the University you plan on going to. All the best!

Hey, So my school is keen on me doing the tok presentation with a peer and well i dont really want to. they are kind of scaring me like i might not pass because i am doing it alone and what not. So, i dont really know. should i do it with a peer or doing alone is fine. And another question. Is it fine if my claims and counter claims branch out from one real life situation? or do i need a different real life situation for claim and counter claim? Thanks!
