  1. My WL topic is: The comprison of Moscow and Yerushalayim but i really cannot figure out the specific comparison criteria, I obviously concocted the comparison of creation of the space, but it's much too litle, anyone can help? I cannot compare the systems/polity in the cities, because the teacher says that it coincides with my classmate's topic.
  2. Hi, I'm doing my mock presentation with a friend next week. Basing on the situation which happend during 2006 World Cup with french footballer Zidane, we figured out knowledge issue: To what extent are the ways of knowing controlable? I just want to ask you for some other real-life situations or knowledge issues which may fit our presentation.

  4. I have to decide till Tuesday on what topic from Biology I'm writting EE. As the teacher said one cannot experiment on verterbrate, so I would say that plants and worms left :/// and it seems to me very boring, although I frigured out some ideas about investigating the affect of nitrogen fertilizers on a plant. Investigating the influence of the factors on the growth of a plant is not very creative. Could anyone advise me if I could do something (and what) with bacteria? That would be more interesting...

  6. Does anyone know where can i download science question banks or how to get it for free? Please answer
  7. In my opinion TOK is totally useless. For me it's all abstract and doesn't refer to reality. I'm writting quote analysis for TOK right now and it's soooo boring. I feel like my brain is going to explode. TOK
  8. I had the same problem two weeks ago... Good luck !
  9. I have 2 tasks to do, if anyone helps me, I'll be really grateful. 1. Iron (IV) sulfide (disulfide iron) was subjected to oxidation reaction. It brings 2 x 10^5 m^3 of sulfur dioxide. The yield of reaction was 89.2 %. Calculate the mass of iron (IV) sulfide. This is the oxidation reaction (it is already squared) 4 FeS2 + 11 O2 = 2 Fe2O3 + 8 SO2 2. What is the yield of complex process, which holds in two stages? Yields of the following stages are given below: S + O2 = SO2 yield= 95 % 2SO2 + O2 = 2SO3 yield = 70 %
  10. O.o it'S funny coz I just have had this topic on physics lessons, about half an huor ago i think that on this web site everything is well-explained http://www.wikihow.com/Calculate-Mean,-Standard-Deviation,-and-Standard-Error anyway, good luck
  11. they are just a sample where u have to define variables and describe the method.
  12. thanks a lot for tips, i will use them in the future for sure, but right now i think it is not about scientific side of an experiment (coz i'm not going to realize it), but to define right variables and describe the method in detail. Does anybody have another idea how to formulate this design?
  13. Could you please help me with my first physics lab design? I need to design 2 experiments: one about coffee cooling and the other one about popcorn. I know these are really weird topics but our teacher gave us them to practice. I formulated some research questions to these topics, but i don't know if they are correct. 1. How does the temperature affects on the speed of coffee cooling? 2. How does the temperature of oil affects on time of making popcorn? Assess my questions and define variables (because I have a problem with it).
