Ever since this semester started, I feel exhausted because I never get enough sleep... I only sleep an average of 6 hrs per night, and apparently that's not enough for my body and brain to function properly Maybe I don't have enough self-discipline to stick to a regular sleep pattern, maybe I'm depressed, I don't know... The point is I really want to increase the amount of sleep I get. But it's also a problem of finding time to study. I wake up at 6.00 and return home at 17.30, sometimes even at 6.30, and obviously I never feel like studying right after getting home... I'm such a pro at procrastinating I've always been getting good grades so far, but I want to give my best in all my subjects and I feel that I can't do it unless I start sleeping more. Does anyone else have the same problem as me?
