What is the gender distribution in your class?

In our bite-sized IB class of 19 people, 15 of them are girls. However, I don't think this is a general trend, as many of the IB classes before us were more or less 50/50, boys/girls... Which leaves me wondering, what is the gender distribution in your IB class?

Overall it's about 48% girls 52% guys, we were 75 students.

Physics HL &SL: mostly boys

Business studies:mostly girls

Economics: Guys

Biology HL: much more girls than boys, in fact out 24 students in the bio class, only 5 boys, lol.

Chemistry HL: same people as above, but 50-50

Maths HL: surprisingly 50-50

Maths SL: 52% boys 48% girls I'd say

Math St: FULL of girls, lol.

Arabic A1 SL: just 6 girls out 19 students

Arabic A2 SL: full of girls omanis mostly

English A2 HL: equal

English A2 SL: mostly boys

English A1 SL&HL: full of girls.

Haha, can't believe I still remember the classes in my grade. XD

My school, with about 104 IB2 students, and somewhere near that amount for IB1 students, has about a 50-50 distribution of boys and girls. I could actually get exact results, but the last time my school did a poll for the diversity of the students was 2 years ago.

Woah, seriously? There are way more boys than girls in our program. About 22 students, only 7 of them girls. There are only boys in the Physics HL class. I was always wondering why. But it turns out it's vice versa in most other places....? I wonder why....
