Julieee Posted October 9, 2010 Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 So basically my research question is "Should company A use television advertising to increase brand awareness amongst Bulgarian consumers?"For the analysis I am doing a SWOT analysis.The thing is, I'm a bit stuck on strengths and threats.So far for strengths I only have : larger market being targetedAnd for threats I have : main competitor of the company may be able to spend more money on advertisements and hence buy the time slots when people watch television most (company A may not be able to spend same amount of money)Any suggestions? Able to produce more to meet increased demand. 2. Superior product compared to competitors?Threats: 1. Bad marketing may lead to negative consumer opinions 2.
