Posted October 14, 2010 Report Share Posted October 14, 2010 In English class, we are reading Zorba the Greek and we need to find the following:Philosophical and spiritual attitudes as well as characterization of Boss and Zorba (evolution of Boss's and Zorba's thoughts from each chapter)Setting (physical and cultural aspect; effects on the reader and Boss and ZorbaThemes (take on a significance)Literary Features (identify device, example, and state why it is effective and memorable)We would need also need to include quotations for each findings.Please help me!! Because this is a site where we offer you advice and guidance on your work, not a site where we do your work for you.I should also point out that you really ought to be able to do all these (simple) things yourself if you want to achieve a good grade in English! If you can't pick out themes and literary features, you're totally stuffed. I assume you understand what they are? If not, please ask -- and if you do know what they are, practice doing it yourself because in the final exam you'll be the only one you can ask!
