I love Video Games Live orchestra pieces (especially from Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy).

Lately, I've had a recent obsession with Brian Crain's piano compositions, as well as piano and cello duets.

People who enjoy cello music with a dark twist would thorougly enjoy Apocalyptica's Nothing Else Matters:

A lot of Pink Floyd stuff. Especially Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here.
