stylusdef
Hey.I'm in the pre-IB at the moment and after summer I will start IB. I live in Sweden, and the math we're doing in pre-IB this year is equivalent to the Swedish math courses A and B, while Math Studies is equivalent to C.So how much harder is math studies compared to pre-IB math really? deissi
The question actually is, how much easier, I believe. The Swedes here will be able to confirm that though. Reply

chang9121990
At my school 8 people from IB1 are in Maths Studies with the highest mark in the last Mid-Year exam being 50%; some of them even managed to get 1s and call Maths Studies ''hard''...any comments? it's either that they aren't very bright / aren't working hard...or that your school is making the exam too hard. Math Studies is really a joke content-wise if you ask me... Reply
