Jaymi Posted May 19, 2011 Report Share Posted May 19, 2011 (edited) Hello my beautiful IB peeps=) I am having some trouble in the analysis aspect of my essay, i have my appendices, research question etc. but just the analysis is giving me trouble. Maybe it is just the format that is giving me trouble. I am currently looking at motivation theories (Victor Vroom Expectancy Theory) and leadership styles (Situational Theory) to help my firm solve their internal problems. But i am not sure what tools and analysis to use I'm using SWOT in my appendices, but not so sure what else to use and how to incorporate that into my analysis aspect of my essay.
