Different Effects of 1 Aspect on 2 Books

Recommended Posts

Hello, I was wondering if this would be a suitable WL Paper 1 topic: Albert Camus’ The Stranger and Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s Chronicle of a Death Foretold both use isolation of protagonists from the world as a cause of their deaths, but while Camus uses death to characterize the protagonist, Garcia Marquez uses death to highlight the universal human isolation from the world that many of his characters exhibit.

I'm unsure whether there is too much contrast in this topic and too little comparison...or if I'm even on the right track.

Your thoughts, please?
