flsweetheart422
Hi, I'm currently working on writing up my IB Psychology SL IA, and I am having a large amount of trouble finding a good definition of Intereference. I was wondering if anyone had any good definitions for intereference (that don't include the word 'forgetting') prefrably with the website listed as a source. Thanks in advance for your help. Afterglow
why not include the word 'forgetting'? You could try to write it in other words as well but still reference the source of yours (provided you don't use a quote as a definition). I tried to find good definitions but the good ones put the word 'forgetting' in it so you may want to include it.Unless there is another reason? flsweetheart422
No, its just because my psych teacher told us that anything with that in the definition is wrong, because the Stroop experiment isn't about memory. All the ones I have found that are about Intereference that include 'forgetting' tend to be about proactive or retroactive intereference. Soppy
FYI we had to turn it in already. There is a good one on Encyclopedia Britannica if you search for inhibition. Reply
