How did you find out about IB Survival? i had nothing to do in my life so i started searching something random and stumbled upon this 4. What made you register on IB Survival? It seemed pretty cool. and i found a lot of threads which i could relate to. 5. When did you (approximately) register here? i am going to register in near future.(after i am done with university) 6. What is your favourite IB subject? Thats a tough one, considering i chose to do ib for all the subjects i could study. However if i had to choose it'd be Sex ed. HL 7. How did you find out about IB Survival? I found it back in freshman year, when I was still in pre-IB, and I kind of forgot about it until this year, and I think it'll be more helpful to me this year as a junior starting IB 4. What made you register on IB Survival? I thought it was really cool that there was a forum site for IB students all over the world. I wanted to get in touch with people taking IB in different parts of the world a get a little bit of perspective on what other people are doing. 5. When did you (approximately) register here? I think around the beginning of the freshman year? So around late 2015? 6. What is your favourite IB subject? So far I really like HL physics, mostly because of my teacher. He does a great job teaching in a way that makes the information digestible. 7. When are you graduating? Class of '19 8. What are your plans for university? Honestly I'm aiming for in-state, mostly because I don't trust that I'll get any out-of-state scholarships and I can't afford out-of-state tuition without it. I'm planning on getting my BSN and working for a while and work on online prereqs for med school. Looking at UTA, UTD, TWU, Baylor at Houston (if I'm lucky, but still really expensive). In terms of med school, I haven't really thought of anywhere but Baylor at Houston. I'm also considering the 7-year med programs offered at some schools, but that doesn't give me the chance to get my BSN before I get my MD (since the main reason I'm getting my BSN first is to ensure a stable career if med school doesn't work out). If someone could advise me on this, that would be greatly appreciated. 9. What are your free-time hobbies? Playing cello, guitar, singing, drawing, being with my family 10. Where are you from? originally Brazil but i'm studying in an international school in China (why i'm taking IB) 3. How did you find out about IB Survival? Honestly don't remember, just found it randomly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 4. What made you register on IB Survival? A lot of info on IB, and you had a community to help you through IB and vice versa, great support group here for IB 5. When did you (approximately) register here? Around March 2016 6. What is your favourite IB subject? Probably History, French, or Art? Depends how things go in each of them 7. When are you graduating? 2019 8. What are your plans for university? Probably attending a Canadian university to study International Relations / Graphic Design (One as a major, one as a minor or 2nd major maybe) thinking about Carleton (Ottawa), Concordia (Montreal), York (Toronto), and maybe SFU, whichever one I get into 9. What are your free-time hobbies? Model United Nations, debate, reading, and occasionally some writing 10. If you could change one thing on IB Survival, what would it be? Call it IBS (IB, therefore I B.S, occasionally we all come on here instead of doing work and procrastinating, we BS a lot in the IB *cough* me *cough* but i call this, PRODUCTIVE procrasination! How did you find out about IB Survival? I was looking up sample EE topics and this site popped up. 4. What made you register on IB Survival? I had some questions about CAS and I saw some questions about different things that I could answer. I wanted to help if I could and I definitely need the help. 5. When did you (approximately) register here? September 27, 2017 6. What is your favourite IB subject? I'm currently in IB Theatre 1 and it's definitely my favorite. 7. When are you graduating? May of 2019 8. What are your plans for university? I don't know where I want to go yet but I know that I want to go somewhere with a good program for childhood education and development. (I want to be a teacher) 9. What are your free-time hobbies? I love to write poetry and lyrics to songs. I listen to a lot of music and sing (poorly) as often as I can. 10. I probably first stumbled on here while frantically googling questions about IAs, EEs, and other IB stuff when deadlines were approaching. 4. What made you register on IB Survival? I wanted to share some assignments I'd written this year in the chance that they might help other students, since I know I definitely would've appreciated seeing more exemplars of commentaries etc. during the school year. 5. When did you (approximately) register here? Yesterday, lol. 6. What is your favourite IB subject? Probably English Lit, since English has always been my favourite subject. History is fun, too, even if the essays are difficult. 7. When are you graduating? 2019! 8. What are your plans for university? I'm hoping to attend Queen's or even go overseas if I can make it, and study English Literature and possibly creative writing if I have the chance. 9. What are your free-time hobbies? I don't exactly remember how, but I know that I was looking for information about my then-upcoming years in IB back in grade 9 4. What made you register on IB Survival? I was having trouble deciding if I should do the Extended Essay, and needed to put my question out there (decided not to do it BTW) 5. When did you (approximately) register here? Early February of this year 6. What is your favourite IB subject? Math, but I also love physics, unfortunately my school doesn't offer IB physics so I have to take it at provincial level... 7. When are you graduating? 2020, seems as though high school just came and went 8. What are your plans for university? Engineering, leaning towards civil - UWaterloo has no general first year for Eng students 9. What are your free-time hobbies?
