Briséis
I'm French, so here some french, but I am pretty sure that most of you will understand Formal: Bonjour/ Bonsoir (Hello/ Good evening) Comment allez-vous? (How are you) Passez une bonne journée. (Have a good day) Je vous remercie/ Merci (Thank you) Casual/ Friendly: Salut (Hey) Ca va? (How is it going?) Salut (Bye) Teenage slang: Yo/ Wesh Tranquille?/ Bien ou bien? (what's up?/ wasaaaa? ) A plus (See you) Cimer (Thanks) We also have a "special" way of speaking between young people mostly, that we call "verlant". It is basically speaking with words upside down. To speak in "Verlant" you simply separate a word into syllables, reverse them, and put them back together to form a word. Like "Cimer" originally being "Merci". See what we did here ?
