"Hej tjockis" is a classic Swedish greeting that will ensure your social success when visiting our noble country.

Pronounced hey, followed by a combination of shock and is. Shock mustn't be American because it will sound ridiculous, I think a British pronounciation will do.

In the beginning of this clip, a Swedish hockey player is greeting his friend this way. However, he uses "Hörru tjockis" instead, which is a bit more informal, but you can still hear how to say tjockis.

Just some everyday greetings/words

Mabuti po naman. - I'm fine.

Salamat - Thank you.

Wala pong anuman - You are welcome.

Anong oras na po? - What time is it?

And for all those people out there who dont know, Tagalog is not "Tagging" a "log," it's the main filipino language :D

Macedonian:

Здраво (zdravo) -- Hi

Literally translates to "healthy"

Добро утро (Dobro utro) -- Good morning

Добар ден (Dobar den) -- Good day/afternoon

Добро вечер (Dobro vecher) -- Good evening

The correct one is probably Добра вечер (Dobra) because evening is a feminine noun but I'm from Skopje (we kinda mix Macedonian with small bits of Serbian)
