max0005
I was wondering... What are the worst schedule combinations your school ever forced you into? Mine was last year Monday... Double HL Physics, Double HL Math, TOK, English and Italian... Anything worst? Reply
Akayuki + Lucifel
I think mine was double Maths SL, double Eco SL, double Chem HL and double English A2 HL, getting up at 6.30 and being back home at 4.30 pm. Now it's double Eco, triple Chem, 2 free periods and then German A1 SL Reply

Grace
I don't remember what the afternoon was, but the morning was TRIPLE GERMAN. Yep. Three consecutive hours of German with a short 15 minute break between the second and third hour. OH, and the lessons were one-to-one. Just me and the teacher. I still dream about it sometimes... ChikkyD
I currently have 3 days a week when I have to sit through HL Physcis and HL Bio, in that order >_< I also end Monday and Friday with SL Maths :| Who would like that! Other than that I can't complain Reply

kim luffy
well mine is on wednesdays: free, psychology SL, Business HL, free, English HL and then double maths SL. It's only the double maths that i can't stand Reply

It was soul destroying. Having to do listening exercises and look at German grammar. I have difficulties with German that just aren't there in French. Higher Level French is a gift of a subject. Higher Level German is terrifying. ALL OF THE WORDS ARE THE SAME. 1 Reply
dessskris
I think my worst is Thursday: English, 2x Maths, 2x Indo, 2x Econ, 2x Chemistry, Physics, EE all subjects in one day! my second worst is Tuesday: 2x Maths, 2x English, Chemistry, PD, 2x Econ, 2x TOK PD is so boring and the day ends with a boring subject TOK Reply
cheshie04
All my classes are in the same order everyday. In one day there are 9 periods approx. 48 minutes long. Except for 3rd period which has a few extra minutes to compensate for our lack of homeroom. 1. Thank god I have no first period. I get to sleep in early at least.2. IB Physics SL3. ToK 2 4. IB History of the Americas HL5. IB English A1 HL6. IB Spanish B HL7. IB Mathematics SL8. Lunch. We can go out of school for lunch. But by that time it's approx. 2:00 PM, very late for lunch here.9. IB Biology HLThe fact that I cannot eat or have a break with any easy classes for 7 hours greatly annoys me. I tend to doze off in ToK or History if they aren't somewhat compelling. My schedule also means that in those 7 hours I have to pay attention, there's no slow periods in those classes in which I could do work for other classes. dessskris
All my classes are in the same order everyday....3. ToK 2 ...OMFG you have tok EVERYDAY!!!!!!!I'd hate going to school if I were you. Reply
Razzker
Umm, Mondays for me. Indonesian, Math, Chemistry, Geography, English, 70 minutes each. Although considering all the schedules above, this is probably nothing. Reply
Bradley
All my days are good, because 5 lessons a day and NZ is chill like that. Worst is probably Physics HL, Free, TOK, Maths, Business Management HL It's about now that I see just how lucky I really am Reply
carpediem
Having six full periods (each an hour long) in a day, the maximum amount of periods in a day at my school, and 1.5-3 hours of SAT prep in the evening. It's not that the combination is bad (although Spanish HL as the last period of the day on a Thursday certainly doesn't help), but the day is just so long! And then five periods on Friday, and 3.5 hours of SAT prep.Fun. cheshie04
All my classes are in the same order everyday....3. ToK 2 ...OMFG you have tok EVERYDAY!!!!!!!I'd hate going to school if I were you.I don't hate school. But I go to my morning classes half dead. The fact that ToK is the longest class and that I get nearly no sleep the night before, and my teacher only lectures and doesn't do compulsory discussions leads to my utter hatred of spending my morning in that room. For ex: we're doing Language in 4 days. All the material: 4 days. Agh! Reply
jess1ca
My school is semestered. So around 75 minutes of Chem, Bio, English, and History everyday. And then the same thing in semester 2, minus bio, because it's SL. Reply

Peanut Butter Jelly
How many Blocks (periods) do you guys have? It's common for people in US to have 8:30-3:00, with 6 or 7 blocks excluding lunch. Thats areound 40 or 60 minute classes. I, on the other hand have 6 80 minute classes which really suck Reply
