Guest Achmed-The Dead Terrorist
I'm not sure whether this problem already has a topic or not.But basically, whenever I enter IBS with my iPad, I can never post anything nor reply to PMs and basically restrict myself to statuses and wall posts since I'm guessing that iPad does not support the text editing functions that are part of the text box on IBS. I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem but I've tried several times and it just won't work... :/(I've got an iPad 1...)I don't really know how to solve this problem so I'm asking for suggestions...? Because like, I went on holidays and only took my iPad hoping that IBS would work fine in it and it turned out to not work... s:Thanks a lot! Guest
Yeah...ok this is Mobile Safari issue. One way is to use the MOBILE version of IBS. YEAH its exists, the IP board HAS a mobile version which allows posting from iphones/ipod touches. You might want to make sure that your running the latest iOS on your Ipad. The other method is to use the IP Board app (people who own the IBS server) available at: http://itunes.apple.com/app/ip-board-communities/id372597645?mt=8Its free and is built specifically for the IPAD 1 and IPAD 2 and allows you to use IBS in full resolution with all the frills and everything.Cheers! Guest
Ok after looking at the developer notes the app has compatibility issues with the IPAD 1. it's meant to get sorted out in IOS5.Till then you can use the mobile version of IBS from your Itouch/Iphone Reply
