You should give information of speed relative to earth or give information as to rotational speed. The second way is by intensity-wavelength distribution, you should give information on surface temperature. Atomic Spextra can also be used to deduce physical data for stars based on their stellar magnetic fields and through splitting of emission spectrum lines. I think there is an additional way of doing this by line absorption spectra. This time you should give information on composition of the outer layers of stars. There you go.
