IBcrazylife1
Hey guys I have a bit of a problem :/ Im applying to Canada with math studies for a course in sociology(BA) but if I go on to major in econ(BA) will I be able to apply to an MBA program? Will they find that a BA in econ is nt as worthy as a B COMM in Econ?? Oh and once you get into uni can you take the required math courses and move to a business course?? SuperFrench
I'm afraid that math studies won't meet the econ requirements for most, if not all, the econ programs! They tend to ask for Math SL as a minimum.Otherwise, an MBA is pretty open, people from all over the academic range apply there. You find history majors, etc... Reply
Arrowhead
You can move onto an MBA from virtually any Graduate major. I'm pursuing Law and I'll be going for an MBA eventually. I have a friend in International Relations and another in Geography or Geology (can't remember which, but something to do with dirt) is also going for an MBA down the line. 1 Reply
