dessskris
it depends on your school. all schools do CAS differently. for my school, we keep evidences through pictures or sometimes files (where possible). Reply
Hexa
We can keep evidence through pictures, videos, or forms that supervisors can fill out. But it was different last year, so basically ask your supervisor. Reply
TurtleR
At our school, we use Managebac. On Managebac, everything takes place online. However, there are still many schools that use paper to document everything, so make sure you just document all your activities in your own way, and ask your CAS coordinator how s/he wants you to do it. ChikkyD
We use Mangebac at our school too. It's a great system that allows you to control and organise all your activities, evidence, and reflections and supervisor reports. Ask your CAS coordinator about how your school does it, and follow suit Reply
mathlete94
at my school, our teachers keep track of in-school activities, but we need letters if we do anything outside. a lot of people lie about CAS hours though, or they fluctuate it a lot!! hellwo
Yeah my school uses managebac as well its new for us this year. Some crazy people make pretty scrapbook things. Just make sure your documentation is solid(signatures, pictures, etc.) and you'll be fine even if your school changes how things work like mine did Reply
MariusIBDP
In my school, we have to have somebody sign our forms( a grown-up supervisor) and as many pictures a possible. Reply
The Filipino Limner
In our school, we upload it to a central server! After that, it is kept for safekeeping. For documentation, per se, we are required to submit a CAS Proposal, and a blog about the CAS every month with a picture. Then, we are to prepare a Vlog semestrally to, once more, have documentation. It's generally an easy part to accomplish! Reply
