I'm not sure if they do private tuition but I know that they do group lessons. They are about 3 hours a week, once a week. They even have special pre-IB and IB classes that you take with other IB students that specifically focus on preparing you for the IB exams, orals, etc. I don't go there myself but I've heard good things about it.Click here for a link to their website.
