hedwig
Hi! I'd really appreciate if you could help me out with this question: Discuss one reliability concern for patients undergoing robotic surgery. Our teacher said it must offer a considered and balanced rewiev that includes a range of arguments, factors or hypotheses. Opinions or conclusions should be presented clearly and supported by appropriate evidence. Honestly, I have no idea about this. Any help would be great! Thanks Reply
Guest
Well I don't expect you expand MUCH on this but anyway.During Robotic surgery there may be a communication failure between the doctor's controls and the equipment used to operate on the person. there may be small factors like loss of power etc. There are times when surgeons perform these surgeries from halfway around the world...so if the internet cuts. You can read more up from the following links:http://www.howstuffworks.com/robotic-surgery.htmhttp://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/oxfordshire/8380780.stmThey should help you understand the concept of Robotic surgery and come up within facts. Mahuta ♥
Here's an ITGS Syllabus blog, basically goes with the syllabus. ITGS Syllabus Blog That's for the 2007 syllabus and it has nothing on Robotics. I suggest http://www.itgsopedia.wikispaces.com That's the syllabus we used and it does have robotics, I did it in ITGS and we talked about robotic surgery like forever.. Also, it says: 'Robotics' in the website Ishaan. 2.4.1 Robotics. Robotic Surgery Next time, check very well before you say something. P.S The teacher gave us that website to use all along, I didn't just find it through google. 1 Reply
