Abstract scope?

IB 2012

Recommended Posts

The scope is the area which you intend to cover in your paper. It can be limited through timeframe, theme, specific features or elements. An example would be. "This essay looks at the role of Mao between 1949 and 1954 in the development of the Chinese economy." The scope has been limited to "the role of Mao", "1949 to 1954" and "the Chinese economy". If you are doing a science EE, normally the scope would be your independent and dependent variables with respect to how you controlled them.
