khalid
Recently, I've noticed the reputation points on the profile. What do they mean? And how do you get them? Reply
nametaken
Reputation points are points given to people because they have been particularly helpful in a thread. The way to get them is simple.Be as helpful to others as you can because at the end of the day, we're all in this together. We know what each of us are going through, and by being helpful to others, you are not only helping them, but are helping yourself in securing your knowledge! 1 Reply
Summer Glau
Reputation points are basically a way to reward good posts. If you think someone made a good, helpful post, then click on the green button with the arrow in the bottom right corner of their post. Then, they gain a reputation point and as they make more good posts their reputation keep increasing. Of course other people can give you reputation points as well if you make good posts. Also, the reputation system can be used to say thanks for helping out. Instead of posting again just to say thank you to someone who helped you in a thread, you can simply hit the green button beside their post and they will be thanked that way 2 Reply
dessskris
and every ten points or so you'll get one more star and your reputation title will change to a more awesome one.and you can find out who have repped you and which posts have been repped by going to the Reputation tab in your profile.
