horan
So I happened to catch a glimpse of what the markers of my TOK presentation gave me and it was an absolute crap grade, I don't feel that I deserve it at all. So I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any way to dispute/reconsider one's TOK presentation? The problem with this is obviously that I shouldn't know what I got...but I feel that I really don't deserve the mark. Reply
Tony Stark
Well, what our teacher told us is that you are allowed to re-present on the same topic one time at teacher's discretion, or if you wish to start from scratch and change your topic entirely you may do so. Remember however that your teacher has to balance your needs with that of the rest of the class, and may not be willing to dedicate further time to your presentation at expense of class progress (my English teacher used similar reasoning in denying me the opportunity to re-present my IOP, which scored 28/30).
