Enox Posted May 4, 2012 Report Share Posted May 4, 2012 I did my topic on Drum and Bass vs Minimalism. I used Pendulum's Girl In The Fire and compared it to Steve Reich's Six Pianos. No score was available for the Pendulum piece so I used FL studio to export sheet music PDFs and paste them into my project. My teacher was very impressed with it as I chose a very modern piece and genre overall to compare minimalism with. I'll admit I didn't sleep the night before it was due though. I spent 9 hours on it the night before the due date and probably a cumulative of about 14 hours on it total. It was a really good effort and I was proud of the result. I ended at about 1700 words.
