Tok presentation knowledge issue

So we have a Tok presentation soon and I found an article which claims that there is a genetic explanation for kids joining gangs and it basically uses biology to prove this claim but at the same time it doesn't mention what impact environments and such would have so this is the knowledge issue:

To what extent can we justify a social claim simply based on genetics (nature)?

I just wanted to make sure if this is a good knowledge issue and if theres anyway to expand or improve it also what kind of topics or subtopics (such as strengths or limitations) can I discuss based on the knowledge issue?

Any other tips on presenting in general are also appreciated
