Sandwich Posted November 30, 2012 Report Share Posted November 30, 2012 It makes sense - the former more than the latter I think, as I can't off the top of my head think of how temperature would affect cell membranes specifically. So I'd go with testing the effects of different concentrations of solution and looking at the effects of osmosis on cells.
