sil_9
Do I have to allocate a weight to each force in a Force Field Analysis for B & M HL IA? Reply
The Rainbow Connection
Lewin’s Force-Field Analysis is a management tool in which it lists the driving and restraining forces. And yes, allocate a weight for each of these forces 1 (weak) to 5 (strong) and show a relative effect of the force. 1 Reply

The Rainbow Connection
Okay should I make them up or should i ask the business?Hmm, I'm predicting that this is for your business IA.In any case, it would probably be beneficial for you to conduct and write up your own analysis and then present that to the business and ask for their opinions as to how important it is.You need to consult mutiple primary and secondary sources when determining your weighting. You need to justify this and one way to do this is to consult experts and the business owners. You can't 'assume' the weight of the forces 1 Reply
