But for part 4, we're doing both film and literature right so my teacher said we have to incorporate both movie and novel into the presentation. flinquinnster Posted December 10, 2012 Report Share Posted December 10, 2012 I'm fairly sure that there is absolutely no recommendation from the IB saying that Part 4 works + assessment (that's the IOP) has to focus on film. In fact, at our school, we did not study film at all. I'd say if your topic only analyses the book, then do it. Get your teacher to agree that the IOP does not have to include film.
