And I'm supposed to write about things that a person from the Francophone world would find surprising in India, when we celebrate Diwali. larrut Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 I don't know much about Diwali, but maybe you can look at types of typical Indian food that would be surprising, as to spices and amount of food etc. You can also discuss clothing if there is a specific type of clothing worn at this occasion and a certain procession whilst celebrating Diwali.
