(You don't really need to mention the date since there is only one noteworthy nuclear disaster in Chernobyl).I think you will have trouble defining what exactly 'clandestine' means in this context and because whether or not a policy is clandestine is debatable to some extent.I think this is a good working RQ to get you started, once the research is underway, the RQ will have to be modified/developed accordingly. 1 Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
