Doris
I will start the IB next semester, which will be interesting. I'm really looking forward.Anyway, my question is whether I'm allowed to count the hours I spend working for a poltical hour as Service? And also, if I'm allowed to help a local feminist group that is involved in events that have anything to do with equality and so on?Both of them somehow has to do with politics and I've heard that one can't use it as CAS. ChocolateDrop
The IB has apparently has no definite veiw on whether political activities count as CAS, so it would depend on your Schoo's (IB Coordinator/ CAS coordinator) and local level decisions. If you're not getting paid for it there's a higher chance of it counting as CAS. http://www.ucdsb.on.ca/SiteCollectionDocuments/BCI_IB/WHATYOUNEEDTOKNOWABOUTCAS.pdfhttp://www.godolphinandlatymer.com/_files/IB/EC623D31FFEDE2EE2902F4AC1821CD8D.pdf Reply
