One comment - if you were to make a new survey, make sure you also include a 'Sometimes' option for any questions relating to frequency. I was planning to investigate how Blackberry should change its policies to gain the market share which it has been losing in the last few years. In this survey, I get to know what people are looking for in a phone today and which one they're using. In the last question, people also describe Blackberry in like 3 words which gives me an idea as to what the general image of blackberry is in the market.
