Syllabus Learning Outcomes Answered?

I have trouble finding in Chem and most of the other subject areas the learning outcomes answered in a complete, concise and up to date manner. The companion text books for the courses are good but too wordy. Assuming we can't just buy all the current study guides, what are some good online resources you know of? It would essentially be the same sort of study notes we'd put on cue cards used to cram for YR 2 exams :) It would be helpful if anyone wanted to fill out and complete some of the Wikibooks guides, they provide a nice template but are a little outdated and lacking in information. Any help would be greatly appreciated! http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/International_Baccalaureate. Thus far the Richard Thornley videos seem to have been the most helpful.

I find that this kind of cue card notes are best written yourself. If I were you I would go through the extensive material and write them as I go along, because it's not necessarily the notes that would be beneficial, but the ideas that they will remind you of from being in the environment you initially received the information in.
