Some practices can be really physically demanding, and you have no problem getting an supervisor to sign. If for some reason that doesn't count, it could count for creativity.. At least mine is really enthusiastic about coming up with new ideas (although she does preffer the ideas to be related to service while at the same time developing Creativity and Action). As I see it, marching bands take a lot of time that could contribute both to Creativity and Action; when you practice, and then when you perform and rehearse.
