However, I have lived my whole live in Finland, and I have never visited Australia, but now i would be intrested to apply Australian universities. So, am I considered being international or domestic undergraduate student? I didn't find any information on the internet . Reply
~Lc~
You would be a domestic as long as you have the nationality. But they may have some living requirements. For example for UK universities you have to have lived within the EU for 3 years before attending university to qualify for domestic fees. In the US you would pay out of state fees the first year and then pay in state fees the 2nd onwards. Best to contact the admissions office to make sure what the policy there is Reply
Desforces
mate I am also a dual citizen (Australia & Turkey). I lived in Turkey for my entire life. I contacted USYD admission office and told that we are considered as domestic students You don't need any living requirements or something. Also you (or we) must apply via UAC. At least for universities in NSW. Edited November 6, 2013 by Desforces 1 Reply
