josephisgnnadoib
I was really wondering if IB BIO HL was hard and wanting to change it to SL. But in order to change it i need to make another subject HL and the only one i am considering to change is french. So should i take IB french HL and bio SL or just stay with IB bio hl and IB french SL Reply
maroctam
Biology HL is okay, but there's A LOT more information you have to know as opposed to SL. Honestly if you're good at memorising facts, HL bio should be fine for you, just make sure you pay attention in class because even the smallest detail can give you marks. It also depends what you want to do after IB, so take that into account as well. I don't know anything about French A, but if you're talking about French B, there isn't that much difference between SL and HL. If you're not willing to spend a lot of time studying for Bio, French B HL would be better for you (plus it's considered one of the easier HLs). eoeoeo3
If you're good at French and you're able to study is just like your native language (I can see that you're from Canada and that's why I'm not sure if you want to take it as language A or B) but French SL isn't very difficult for me, but we are doing a lot of life stuff like unemployment etc which is quite boring, but still not that hard to do it- I don't think so there is a world of difference between SL and HL so it is not bad. I heard a lot of things about biology HL and from my standpoint it is very hard, because you have to learn a lot of stuff which won't be useful in your future live unless you want to be a doctor or something like this...
